Pros

Pipe is great and works perfectly with mown rain-shower style shower head. Waterhill (goose neck) actually helps with prompt turn-off of water. It completes the rainfall effect of the moen velocity.

A great touch to my bathroom remodel. Oil rubbed bronze color is perfect.

The shower head fits perfectly within the bend. Hole in the wall to access the plumbing is 2. Brings spray away from wall just the amount needed.

Cons

As others have said, this essentially raises your shower head up even-level to where your threaded pipe comes out.

Price

If you've already spent the money on a moen rain shower head but it's not giving you the "vertical" flow you want, give this part a try.

Almost $100 for only a short piece of pipe!
