It works “as advertised”. This extender has 2 pivot points/arms and it is very easy to adjust. I wish it can with an attachment to screw into existing pipe from the wall.

Our shower head was installed so high above i could barely reach the shower head on my tip toes to adjust

We paid a plumber to install it so unless you know what you are doing i would get a plumber
