Quality
Great product works great it has been in service now for a year with no issues.
We have had this valve and associated controller, rainforest, regular shower head, hand held and body sprays since 2012.
I had problems with the computer constantly making grinding noises and had to reset the computer.
Although the unit can be turned right back on, there are 3 seconds or so of cold water while the unit remixes to the preset temperature.
Shipping
The customer service people are wondeful and eventually sent a new valvue and controller.

With all but the rainforest head on a marble tiled second floor exterior wall it is a comfort to know there is noting that will ever require opening that wall

If hot water temps drop enough to threaten that the water temp knob in the shower will start to flash red to let you know to finish soon

I only know what to expect because i ran the shower with all 7 heads at full volume until the hot water was used up

Weve had this for a year now paired with ts3420 iodigital vertical spa digital control and sa340 iodigital remote

I installed this myself but im not your typical do it yourself guythere are 2 main cons with this system 3 if you consider price and one learning curve issue
