Great quality. Very classy. They still look amazing and function beautifully. You will not be disappointed.

The new water outlet was set at 7+ feet to accommodate my 6’4” husband. Simple adjustment from rain flow to directed flow if desired. Lightweight reduces stress on piping.

why on earth won't you make your flow restrictor removable at the user's option. There is zero reason for this to be $254.

After about a year of use, about half of the shower nozzles were plugged and just dripped. The escutcheon plate was clearly covered in rust. The spray strength is weaker than my little old regular 6 nozzle speakman head.

Spend this kind of money or more for a good quality rain fall shower head.

I went with all kohler products that i purchased here on amazon but was disappointed with the kohler awaken shower head’s pressure.

The price is steep, but being able to pretend i'm in iceland each day is worth it (tip: take out the flow regulator).

It will go from hot to cold and back to hot almost as fast as you can adjust the valves.

Packaging/appearance

Lots of water raining down & i could get more if i remove the part that restricts the flow.
