It's attractive and solidly made. With it's solid metal construction i expect it to last many years. I feel that is removes shampoo and soap so much faster too. The finish seems durable enough so far.
Center' setting has noticeably increased pressure. Softest' setting offers a softer, gentler stream.
Installation is very easy, just remove the old shower head, replace the teflon tape to prevent leaking and then just screw it on. In the event the head gets clogged, it seems easy enough to unclog with a toothpick.
The s6320 comes in two flow rate flavors -- the 2. Gpm, and the2. Gpm. The dual function is somewhat varied but not by much. Moen has a variation on this model that features a lower flow rate.
Cons
Where the water flowing from, second, i don't know what's this immersion technology made for. Even with restriction flow removed the pressure is slower than my old $20 - 8 one, real 8!

The product came quickly and was just as expected.
It looks top quality and it is built to last.
We have fairly good water pressure and our experience with the two settings are:1) 'full' setting; a wide body covering gentle spray.
0 gpm (the s6345ep that is also found on this product page).
Shipping
No harm, no foul but you may want to consider better packaging because eventually things will happen during the shipping process.
The only con is that when the item shipping it was in the manufacturers box, with no tape, no instructions, no anything!
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is minimal -- it comes in a basic moen-branded cardboard box.
In one of the showers we decided to remove the flow-restrictor.
Competitiveness
Better than the $800 hansgrohe our builder tried to sell us.
Nice, brushed nickel finish matches other moen fixtures.

Theres no instruction that comes with it and none is needed because there is only one screw on connector to connect

It is very large 9 x 9 and if you are short you may have a challenge turning the lever to select the pressure between the two settings

We thought we would need to call a plumber but did the installation within 5 minutes

I agree with other reviews in that you may need plumbers tape to complete the installation
