We had some delta models similar that cost a fortune that made a mess everywhere.
This faucet is a big upgrade from the low-end moen faucet the builder installed (same brand, different level).

Depending on the hole size of the countertop youre using the pull rod to open and close the stopper will fit really tight and will be almost impossible to pull it up or push it down

The coutertop i used had standard hole sizes and after many adjustments it was still hard to use the pull rod
