Pros

This faucet is a big upgrade from the low-end moen faucets the builder installed. This version comes with a clever “wrench” for tightening up the nut that holds the f sink in place. Moen is a consistently good, reliable and reasonably priced faucett.

Pop-up drain plugs or lift rod models require more work to install. The plug works well and seals perfectly. I like that i don't drip water all over the spout turning it off.

Packaging/appearance

This fit the bill perfectly and the water does not have any restriction issues once you remove the screen.

The designer should have tilted the end of the faucet out just a bit so the water would not flip back onto the counter.

As with most plumbing repairs/upgrades, the hardest part was working under the sink to remove the most likely corroded nuts and bolts.
