Pros

The spray head features 4 modes. There are 2 boosted modes that increase the flow for faster fills. The spout has two *, one that allows toggling between regular flow and spray.

Great for the home handyman. Purchased for a newly remodeled farmhouse kitchen. It has a very vintage farm-house look that is perfect in my 130 year old cottage.

The chrome of the fixture is bright and shiny. The matte black finish looks great. It cleans up well and looks sharp.

If you're looking for an upgrade, this is the one! Use the push-button-coupler to attach it to the faucet feedline underneath. Add a clip-on weight (to make it retract) and connect the hot & cold supply lines.

The moen arbor is a great faucet.

Cons

The tubing looks tore or broken in half at a seem i thought it was a connection point. But with closer looking it’s broken and looks tore. Clearly inferior and given the fast failure, it bodes badly for the overall quality.

Everything works perfectly and the quality can be felt from the pull down spout to the handle/knob.

The controller box that comes with the unit failed.

I feel the cost is to high, but it fits my farmhouse kitchen really well.

It's a premium faucet, and the price reflects that fact.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging wasn't the best but the faucet had no damages.

This is the perfect addition to anyones classic design.

I was pleased to see it is made in the usa.

The only downside (not any fault of the manufacturer!

Because it's an older design, it costs less than some of the newer designs like this.
