Pros

The trim kit looks great, the valve/handle work well and feel high quality. The tub spout has a somewhat non-uniform pour but is sufficient. Fit perfectly and did not need to redo any in wall pipes.

It's a classy, simple design that looks sharp. The product is great quality, the finish is nice in nickel. The black fixtures is a nice contrast to the white surround.

Cons

It is simply the worst looking faucet once you take a shower. It looks like it has never been cleaned in 20 years after one shower. Received a handle without wall cover and a drain plug.

Tried contacting customer service, couldn't get a human on the phone. I do a lot of projects and this seemingly easy one turned into a whole a$$ nightmare.

Quality

This set worked perfectly and was a breeze to install, although i would recommend a bit of plumbers caulk to fully seal any gaps.

They have a good weight to them and feel like good quality.

Not even a year later, all three restrooms had issues with the tub spouts.

This piece of trim has the holes at 3 and 7 o’clock.

Price

Way cheaper that local hardware store and could not find this in a store.

I don’t want to change out my valve so i paid about $15 for an adapter kit.

Kind of pricey but my customer was very happy.

Packaging/appearance

I bought an amazon warehouse box and it was perfect.

Came with a broken seal that caused a huge leak but i didn't do my due-dilligence and check everything prior to install.

Competitiveness

I liked the price of this product compared to all other black matte tub and shower combo kits.

We only buy and prefer moen posi-temp shower valves and systems.

For now on i'm buying just mowing products and not aftermarket from lowe's or home depot.
