Pros
Trim kit allows a dual valve to run two hand heads or head/hand held. Some valves allow both to run at the same time, some allow one at a time and can alternate. Showering is a whole new luxurious experience.
Cons
Still don't have the valve. Turns out this has been discontinued and therefore does not work with the valves we thought it would work with.
