On the trim plate there is a light etched snowflake on the lower right side for cold water and like a sun for the hot water on the lower left that the items picture doesnt show

Does not include the 3 way valve we purchased separately the model moen 3330 mpact 12 cc transfer valve

We are a professional plumbing company i would not recommend a handyman or homeowner install this

When used with a 3330 valve that were installed flush to the finished wall surface as the instructions say the temp handle sticks out about a half inch too far and looks wrong
