Although i gave this product a four star rating buyers must be aware they need to buy the corresponding valve and drain assembly kit which costs another 110 moen 9000 mpact widespread lavatory roughin valve with drain assembly

I had a plumber install this so i cant speak to ease of install though the plumber did not complain
