And the factory box even stated that it was the t6420 but there was another sticker over the barcode saying that it was the t64209000 with roughin valve and drain assembly

I ended my call with her since she seemed lost in the weeds and then i noticed that the price of the t6420 faucet trim only went down by 40 so if i had ordered them separately instead of the kit it would have been cheaper

That customer service rep understood all the issues i was having but it took 2 hours to get everything straightened out

In the end though she got the approval for me to keep the t6420 and she sent out just the missing 9000 parts and she matched the sale price and gave me a refund on the two individual kits

And by the way i received an email from amazon later telling me that the shipping restriction to california was lifted but no explanation as to why it was there in the first place
