Pros

The scratched, discolored chrome drain cover is now history. It matches the other moen items very well. It is branded and as a result, pricier than other comparable items out there.

A wrench or heavy duty screwdriver is needed to unscrew the old drain. Plumber's putty is a great alternative to silicone or dried putty. The new drain will cost you about the same as the old one.

Cons

Disappointed with moen for not including the bracket required to mount overflow drain. The overflow cap is useless with zero hardware to rig it to fit anything. This is why i hate dealing with plumbing - none of the pipe and thread sizes ever make sen... Read More
