Pros

It worked flawlessly after overcoming some of the install challenges. Only drawback for me is the screen stays on 24/7 and is very bright. Have been intrigued by this for awhile, and finally decided to retrofit our standard shower.

Changing the temp of the shower is as easy as pushing a button. If you press and hold the 1 or 2 key it will save to that preset. Temp control is perfect even after flushing toilet.

We love smart home items and this device seamlessly works with alexa. These are really great for a home automation enthusiast.

Cons

Moen doesn't keep inventory of their own products on hand for warranty replacements. They have to manufacture it. It keeps getting delayed. No shipping confirmation.

This shower system was forced upon me by our builder. Also, it's entirely possible i could replace the entire system in the future without disturbing tile.

This is on the top of my useless, to much hassle and not worth it smart things list. The app, which i imagine is a strong selling point of the setup, is terrible. The bad; i use homekit automation and this is not a smart accessory.
