    As others have mentioned the controller doesnt work well with the latest version of android although moen did just come out with an update so that might be fixed now

    I contacted moen and they said they are working on a firmware update on the valve so hopefully that will fix the issue

    Well it got worse and worse until in aug it finally failed and no water would ever come out

    So when i called them to tell them it died they apologized and sent me a new controller and value because they werent sure what problem was
