They just tell the people they can't get parts. They have to manufacture it. At all.

Controllers are constantly going offline. The only way to fix the problem is to reboot the gateway. One refuses to connect to wifi all of a sudden.

The warranty service says they will send me a replacement, but they don't have any. It's entirely possible i could replace the entire system in the future without disturbing tile. I'm not confident that the warranty replacement will not lead me back t... Read More

This is on the top of my useless, to much hassle and not worth it smart things list. I use homekit automation and this is not a smart accessory. It is useless regarding home automation.
