Pros

Holds 2 folded hand towels with folded washcloths on top on the lower bar. Looks great behind our large soaking tub. It looks like a spa now.

This looks as pictured and mounted without difficulty. Easy to install template to line up the screw holes for the brackets. Holds a stack of towels, no problem!

This is exactly what i needed in my small bathroom remodel. Made a huge difference in a small bathroom, eliminated a lot of visual clutter. Conserving of space.

The towel shelf matches the base of our faucets - brings coordinated look to the new bathroom. It looks upscale and classy and combines style with function. It is very sturdy and looks great with other moen bathroom fixtures.

Cons

The bars are slightly thinner and the front one is kind of wobbly. My contractor is very experienced and says he has never seen anything as tacky and cheaply made as this product. I'm sure it will work fine and it's not worth returning.

Love the chrome and is a nice quality product.

A little pricey but an excellent product!

One downside is that the hardware that came with the shelf, the anchors, were the wrong kind and i had to buy different ones to install.

Do not ever see this rusting there is a reason it costs more than you expect excellent quality

Looked the look and the price was reasonable.

It is almost twice the price too.
