I recommend this hub, especially if an hdmi monitor is part of your setup. Everything is clearly labeled and just works.
Cons
It simply duplicates the screen and does not recognize the 3 monitors. Returned and bought https://www.

Most hp laptops require a bios change that slows the usbc ports to allow monitor high res and refresh rate

One included 2434 thunderbolt cable provides full power both monitors instantly wake from sleep and i havent had a single issue with webcam muteme button external ssd hard drive speakers or with reading sd cards

It was quite literally plug and play in that i turned everything off connected every into the hub as id expect it to work then it worked when everything was powered on and has been working since

The hdmi monitor is running at 60hz its limit while the usbc monitor is running at 120hz presently but can go up to 144hz its limit i dont use this rig for gaming but interesting nonetheless

So if you have an hdmi or dpmdp monitor as part of your setup you need a dedicated likeport on your hub
