Pros

It's soft, but durable. But it’s not stiff. The plastic envelopes are pretty durable, good quality.

This has 12 different pouches. The plastic envelopes are really sturdy and have not had a problem out of them nor the zippers. It is cute and the perfect size to fit in a medium to large sized purse.

The cover is kinda floppy, which is fine. It has a nice blush/* pink leather outside.

Cons

The binder is really cheap and flimsy. The pocket holders are ok in size, but were warped when opened. Lost three zipper clips in two months.
