Pros
Great padding, well made and many colors to chose from. It is very sleek and sturdy. The indigo color is great too.
It has a detachable carrying strap for over the shoulder use. The shoulder strap is adjustable. It comes with a hook on strap that you could adjust to wear around your shoulder or around your neck sideways as a cross body.
Main compartment has 2 parts, one is lined with softer material to prevent damage/ scratching on the tablet. On the other side of the compartment is large enough for something thicker. Between the two compartments is nicely padded on both sides.
Cons
The shoulder strap hardware is cheap plastic. The sewing is crooked and uneven, like amature sewing. The connections holding the shoulder strap is weak.

Quality
I like the quality of the sleeves cover with cushions and support, putting extra accessories in that goes with the ipad.
She was so impressed by the quality and shoulder strap capability that i bought another one for myself.
Only time will tell for the rest really.

It does have 5 total different pockets to hold your items but it seemed smaller then what i expected
