Pros
I expect that it will prove to be a durable cover. Clear backing that is a very minimally textured (scratch resistent) its colour is darker than the picture, but i still like it.
Cons
Sharp plastic edges to scratch my $1000 ipad when inserting/removing. C’est faux et trompeur.

When the cover is opened and flipped to back the magnets doesnt hold the cover in place i can live with that

When the cover is closed the apple pencil is attached but its creates like a lip which im afraid it could accident knock the pencil off the charging magnets on top

I dont really like that but i have a pencil sleeve so if i drop it ill be ok but im not convinced

Last the material on the inside is a dust magnet i really do not enjoy it
