If you made sure to get the correct case for the correct deviceamazon fire 72015 version then you should have no problems with all ports on the device being accessible while in the case

I did notice when i first put my tablet in i was unable to access some of the ports but it was my own error as i had put it in the wrong way once i fixed my mistake i could reach all ports so please switch device around if you cannot see your ports

I know some reviewers noted pressing letter buttons to get it to work but this is what i didwhich i think was simpler turn blutooth on the tabletturn keyboard on and press and hold the b circle button right next to the onoff switch until you see a blinking blue light right next to iton the tablet turn option on to search for other blutooth devices when tablet locates the keyboard click option to connect it as the tablet is trying to connect to the keyboard press and hold down the b circle button next to onoff switch until your tablet confirms it is connected once that happens then you can take your finger off the circle b button

Sure enough about 2hrs later the red light next to the circle b button turned offfyi that button will blink blue when the keyboard needs to be charged

The keyboard came with a usb cord which i used to plug into a powerhead chargeryou do not need a computer to charge it i noticed recently a lot of companies are only including just a usb cord with devices instead of the actual charger cord it charged the device just fine
