It has a nice heft to it so it doesn’t get knocked around on my desk but rather stays put

Or do what i did and put some electrical tape over the light feature and block it out

The only ding is that the charging light cannot be turned off so its not an electronic device that you will want in your bedroom lighting up like a christmas tree
