Pros
Good for strengthening wrist. Works as intended. Do like the ball though as i have easy and medium balls and this ball is hard completing my set.
The quality is good too, thick amd durable.
Cons
The rubber is to soft and it really doesn't feel like much of a workout. My fingers are not large. Decided to return ended up getting shipping charge.

I have osteoarthritis and rhuematoid arthritis and this requires more finger strength than i currently have

After only a week of use the material seems to be gradually getting softer and im afraid it wont last very long
