A properly set up guitar is effortless and requires very little strength. The pinky one slides down too far as i have small fingers.

The problem with any rubber band system for these exercises is that the resistance is negligible at the bottom of the flexion and gets very high towards full extension

I’m actually going to try just running some string from my fingers through the cuff holes to a suspended weight water bottle or something for constant resistance instead of using the rubber bands
