In order to put the phone in the case itself u have to put your phone in an angle it dosnt go in perfectly the first few times2

I dropped down to 42 charged in about an hour and a half fully to 100 and it shut itself off

You can charge it all in one go and it charges the phone first then the battery 2nd

The seller all on their own tested more they had and all worked properly so i must just have one thats defective to sync

The computer will not recognize the phone in anyway if its plugged in thru the battery case
