This was advertised for 20-30 pound children. Since there isn't a should strap they can very easily come off. The front kept rising up causing a choking feeling.

Taking babe to the pool is now easier on my arms- i just hold the strap that’s on their back and they float around with ease.
With the current design shoulder support keeps coming down the arms.
There should be something to tie the shoulder support together like there is one to clip at the back so that it keeps the child floating.

I found it so hard to find water wing floaty’s for a child under 30 pounds
