I found the lights too bright so i covered them with some tape

I dont know what the difference is between the two but i could definitely tell that this one did not quite work quite as well as another model lightening to usbc audio adapter that i tried this week

Its not particularly versatile its only for headphones here is how it worksyou plug this into your usbc iphone iphone 15 or 16 and then you can continue to use your lightning connector headphones
