I have a weak thumb muscle on my right hand due to overworking it years ago it keeps cramping up too regular for my liking

I bought this set so my son who plays piano and guitar also climbs to try and see which suited him besthe liked the hand squeeze one but the spring has brokenwhich is ok as this is why i bought a cheap set just to try thd different typesnow i’ve invested in a better hand crush so itserved the purpose
