The pouch is a bit small to get everything back inside, but it is doable. Comes with all necessary workouts to make your grip much stronger. Helps me lift heavier in the gym and not give out because of my grip strength.
Cons
Finger grips too small and springs stick. Finger bands too small. Overall, totally disappointed.
