I love that this sleeve is sturdy and easy to put on and remove from my apple pencil. It has a slot towards the bottom still to utilize the double-tap feature on the apple pencil. Perfect grip, makes writing easier.

The apple pencil is heavy enough on its own but not thick and over time i find i handle it loosely or tend to 34over grip34 to keep it in place as i draw

So this came as available to test and i figured why not i tried basic thin sleeves before and while cute as can be i found they move too much and that they neither increase heft or diameter

I have also tried the small grip tubes but find its really hard to change my hand hold placement with such a small space to work around

Without these nib covers on first for using the ipad actively the protection cover slides up and meets the tube perfectly dead on

So heres the bad part at least for meit cannot connect to an otterbox maximum level protective style cases
