The magnet is strong and hold better than the ms pen.
That is one thing that ms nailed with their pen (in my opinion at least) and that moko did not even bother with.
First, the moko has rechargeble battery through usb, a feature that is lacking from the microsoft pen.
Precision is definitely not as good as for microsoft's.

The ergonomy is correct with the lenghtwise position of the button falling about right where i need it the shape of the pen does not ensure that the button stays pointed to the right direction though but ms pen was barely better in that sense

There is definitely pressure sensitivity and tilt recognition but they tend to be imprecise

The pressure sensitivity saturates too easily even when the setting is at the minimum in the windows setting but it is still usable when being careful and the result is not absolutely critical
