Pros

The slim design makes it easy to pack and handle. The material seems nice and the pump seems to slide well. Feels very well made and durable.

Customer service is top-notch. No complaint.

Cons

This is faulty design or workmanship, not a clogged filter. There is no way to fix that little enclosed plastic flapper at the bottom of the end cap (see photo) the new one does the same thing. The water filter leaks from the gaskets.

Only problem i had was when you pumped the water to fast the hose fell off.

Competitiveness

It is a bit slower than the katadyn but i am thinking of buy a couple more of these for emergencies.

I ended up sending it down to puerto rico as part of a releaf package due to maria.
