Pros & Cons
Pros
The scribe is well-built and feels sturdy. But it increases the size of the kindle, so much so that it is the same size and weight as my samsung tablet. But when putting the scribe in a bag, the elasticated pen holder keeps it safe.
Highlights
Quality
Overall, i'm very happy with the design and its a good price, certainly compared to the official case.
It closes securely with the magnets, but also has an elastic strap for extra security.
I received my scribe with the bundled amazon case, but after a couple of days' use, i was concerned about the durability.
Packaging/appearance
But when putting the scribe in a bag, the elasticated pen holder keeps it safe.

Also as the cover flips up and over from the bottom and lies tight against the back it was easy to accidentally slip my fingers behind the kindle rather than the case again pulling it free
