It has one pretty major but mostly annoying design flaw

The top right corner tab that holds the tablet is not in the corner instead it is a little down the side close to the power button

The problem here is the elastic strap that is supposed to catch the corner tabs to keep the case in the folded back position has nothing to catch on by the corner by the power button so it only catches at the bottom corner and so it sometimes will slip off the one corner and allow the tablet to flop about
