The vest fits my son perfectly. It is super comfortable with the neoprene strap over. We appreciate the * strap that keeps the vest from riding up while she's in the water.

This has none. The most disappointing part is all of the people who ask the question are answered by people who actually have no idea, with no statement from the seller or manufacturer.

He didnt complain of that area being too tight but im concerned that one wrong twist or tug from up top will cause injury in a delicate place
