It fits my one-year-old grandson perfectly. I found no workmanship flaws. My daughter is about 55 pounds and this fits her perfectly and is very comfortable. Great price for a one-pound life vest.
The suit secures to her through multiple means; back strap, undercarriage strap, and wings. It's very hard to find items under 30 lbs. I appreciate this big-kid sized set of floaties for safety.
Nice vest, makes my little cub feel secure in the pool. The piece goes under the * and buckles, which keeps the child from being top heavy and flipping over easily.
Cons
The chest floatation/shoulder part easily slips off the baby’s shoulders. The float pads should have been made to go around the baby more evenly. The placement of the floating parts throws the baby backwards and sideways and does not allow them to flo... Read More

It is well made and i found no workmanship flaws.
I recommend it as long as you know that this will not keep your child from drowning (vs a real life jacket/vest).

When the lower straps are used it keeps the vest from riding in to the users face or even from sliding all the way off

After a little use we have strong confidence that it will not fall off her or become misadjusted which is a definite risk of any new floaty can be caused by bad design or poor fit
