The base does not adjust much and with the built in curve when in the orientation to attach to a windshield it either points down and has adjustments for the phone or barely points forward when twisted all the way back

Other than that it works well the limited movements makes it a little difficult to get a good squeeze on the holding arms to hold the phone but its never lost it even on bumpy roads and it does charge my s8 with an otterbox defender case with no trouble unlike the other one i bought that had much better adjustments but weaker charging

I was hoping to take the charging head off this one to use on the mount for that one but they were too different unfortunately

At the time i purchased this mount it did advertise an lg nexus 7 as being compatible
