Usually i have to water down the suggested serving size of powder drinks but this hit just right with one scoop and 16 oz.
This product is supposed to be used for long, sustained efforts, so it contains a lot of carbs, which is good.

Competitiveness
I will probably not order this again, because it is expensive and not better than the products i already use.
It has more flavor than hammer perpetuem (which has a very light flavor) and mixes easily.
A bit heavy on the wallet, but it is still a somewhat alternative for those brands name where the prices shoot for the moon.
