It's a great all-natural product backed by a reputable influencer. While they didn't fully meet my relaxation expectations, i acknowledge the quality and potency of the product. This seems like a quality supplement.
Pairing this with a magnesium complex helps me sleep well. They seem to unwind the mind and calm the body down.
L-theanine supplement has a serving size of one medium-small size capsule. Thankfully they are easy to * capsules and i do think they seem to make a difference.

I suppose that helps i am pleased with it, but have achieved similar results with more cost effective products.
I really see no difference between this and the others that would justify the higher price.

I recently ordered this momentous ltheanine capsules 60 servingsmomentous ltheanine capsules 60 servings and been using it for a few weeks and havent that much improvement but as long as it doesnt have side effects i dont mind using it longer and maybe benefit from it
