Pros
This mixes well and dissolves almost completely. I recommend mixing it with some juice - i like a blend of orange juice and tart cherry juice concentrate.
Taste is tropical, so fruity and sweet. Its like a funky fruit punch. Flavors aren't artificially made.
Cons
It's a small underwhelming pouch with only 30 servings. The taste isn’t very palatable and it’s hard to get down.

Quality
It reduces my workout recovery time and gives my body the building blocks it needs to start repairing and growing faster.
This is a good mix of amino acids and does help me ache less and feel less fatigued after playing basketball outdoors in the heat.
I cannot rate this for ingredient quality since i don't have any way to test it.
Nor does this contain caffeine, which means i can also swig it down late in the day.
Price
The price may be on the expensive side for me as it only comes with 30 servings.
Its price puts it a little below the premium product in this space, but above the low-quality ones.

It took a minute for me to like the flavor, but by the time i was done i was enjoying it.
