The momofuku milk bar cookbook is a treasure trove of flavorful, hedonistic pleasure. I recommend trying that one for the beginners in the group who are just picking up this book for the first time.

Anything i've made from this book is quality so far.
I am very excited for this beau cookbook!
I love to bake but hit a funk with the traditional items.
The recipes arnt fast and i did have to purchase some things not in my pantry but def worth it for the final product.

I'd seen the infamous funfetti milkbar cake online and was interested to see more of their recipes, so i bought this cookbook.
I saw christina tosi on the chef show and had to get her recipes.

I actually red the introduction and information at the front of the book before diving in it wasn’t brutal to get through

I ordered the new version of this cookbook but received what looks like a used good copy

On the corner of the binding in the front there are 2 deep scratches this book has had a hard life so far

I opted to keep the book so that it could have a 2nd chance but i hope the next 2 copies arent in the same condition

That being said make sure you have access to amazon or a specialty grocery store because some of these do call for specialty ingredients or equipment
