Life happens and i wasn't able to install this monitor arm before the window for returning it closed. Buy a better brand and skip this mount. Wait for the company to reply to my post before you make a purchase.

Exactly what i needed very sturdy and extremely easy to set up.
Nice range of motion, and cable management gets the job done.
Top part of the arm is extremely difficult as you have to basically pry it open to get the cable in.
Stand was easy to put together however it isn't stable at all at holding the screen.
Price
Very happy with these, particularly for the money.
Overall great product especially for the price.

Packaging/appearance
Bonus, they included an hdmi cable in the box, which i needed.
Once in, both channels (upper & lower) are jam packed with just these two cables (see image).
Out of the box the gas tension spring had to be adjusted as it couldn't hold up the acer monitor (about 11 pounds).
