I was really disappointed to learn that monk fruit is often mixed with erythritol and this does not have to be disclosed on the packaging.
- packaging can be cumbersome for storage in smaller kitchens.

Decided to order some and i must say, this is much better than the other sugar alternatives i've tried.
While it's still more expensive than sugar, this is a better value than other ones i've tried and it works just as well.
This sweetener has a clean taste and does not taste like fruit the way another brand i tried does.

Ive never had monk fruit but i know a health guy who does a lot of cooking videos and any time he makes sweet stuff he will most likely be using monk fruit sweetener where others would use sugar
