This is my second straight defective monoprice product. As much as i've loved the brand over the years, i'm done with 'em. I won't be kicked in the balls again.

Built like a tank, never gets more than mildly warm, dead silent through either input, weighs a ton!

So when i saw they dropped the price to $1672 it was a no brainer to pull the trigger!

Btw, monoprice sells this for $1500 directly, don't know why amazon charges $100 more.

7lb beast was delivered and it was a very good purchase!

Submitted rma 60 days into the 90 day warranty.

The emotiva i got was even straight from the factory (it had been refurbished).

They gave me a brand new one in exchange and free shipping both ways.

Packaging/appearance

I figured i was screwed and looked online and found my order on the monoprice website and it said out of warranty.

Fortunately, i had already had a big box and packing material that i had laying around from a previous return of a pool sweep.

Competitiveness

I paired this amp with yamaha aventage 3060 and the sound quality has just went to a next level.

I used pangea 14se mk2 power cables for both this amplifier and my marantz.

I did not hear any difference between the two so i sold the parasound and pocket the cash.

You would be hard pressed to find a better amp for the money they are made by ati.
