Pin 4 is not connected to any conductor. The micro-b side of the cables are horribly out of spec. The description ends with compatible with the fallowing devices but there's no compatible devices list.

A couple bucks not worth the hassle to send back. It looks like the envelope entered the sealer at an angle and leaving half the envelope unsealed.
