Pros
I use monoprice exclusively since discovering them a year and a half ago. Worth every penny. Very nicely made cables.
It transmits an extremely clear signal. Especially from my 3-way switchbox.
The only problem i have when plugging it is the cable wire is very stiffed. The connectors are not as pretty as the audio cable, but the quality is good.
Cons
The 1st ones were insanely good, these are just a cheap walmart version. The connectors fit so loosely that the label is unusable. Monoprice seems to have a problem with their stamped connectors!

But the thing came with the female ends only and this wasn't going to happen without the male ends.

I'd previously purchased the audio version of this cable, but the price has gone up.
Competitiveness
I really like a heavy-duty cable because it leads me to believe the leads are well-insulated minimizing the amount of noise.
This monoprice rca type triple male plug a/v cable is much cheaper than other brand.

This means i had to separate the composite video yellow cable from the audio redwhite about a foot down the cables otherwise the tension from it crossing over the other two cables when plugged into the back of my tv and vcr would pull on the video cable

I recently mounted my tv and hid the wires in the wall causing the stock length to be about a foot short
