Solid, and has a quality feel to it's switching interaction.
The switch works great and i avoid any issues with plugging/unplugging hdmi cables.
Hd video quality unaffected by the pass thru.
That was my main motive for buying this product.
Price
This is a great product at a great price.
Packaging/appearance
No problems with these switches as they are passive and simply pass through the hmdi signal.
Both are across the room from the tvl, which is connected via a 40' hdmi cable.

For some reason when i used one with automatic switching, it caused issues with my att uverse cable box and my playstation 4.

The cable box would randomly shut off and come back on

One problem with most hdmi switchers is they are automatic and if either device is always on like a roku they dont seem to work very well
