Pros
They seem to be nice quality cables, and perfect for a short interconnect between two components. You need to print them with pliers to make them grab hold of the rca connector. The insulation material seems to be very heavy gauge and durable.
After replacing the unshielded cable, the noise has been reduced by 3-10db. My trick is to pry out the fins a little bit to reduce the grip and of course, always handle the cable with care. No problems with delivering the sound signal, no humming.
Cons
The rca connectors are too loose. Some are just way too tight requiring fiddling with a small flat head screwdriver prying the outside of the barrel rca connector to loosen up.

I hope this was just a one off kind of fluke. Monoprice quality control appears to be slipping in recent years. I have no clue how all this overseas junk gets past quality control.

I've used monoprice for year's and have been impressed withe the quality and price point.
The material quality is great on these.

They're a bit stiff compared to some other interconnects i've owned, but the price is right and the product delivers.

I agree with other reviewers that this cable wiring is stiff and the plated connector jacks are tight fitting they my bind into the devise input plugs

The cable ends are thicker than other brands so they arent as easy to get seated onto the connectors

If the ends were any thicker the left and right wouldnt be able to be connected at the same time

The cables are huge probably close to 14 inch each side
